What is Covered (6-month Warranty)
- Motherboard & Internal Circuits: Complete chip-level coverage, logic boards, controller chips, and processor failures.
- RAM & Storage Components: Spontaneous failures of memory modules (DDR4/DDR5) and NVMe/SATA SSD storage sectors.
- Screen display panel: Vertical lines, dead pixels (if more than 5), inverter failure, or motherboard connector issues.
- Accessories: Standard bundled compatible chargers, adapter cables, and visual indicators.
What is NOT Covered
- Accidental Physical Damage: Screen breakage, housing cracks, hinge damage from drop, liquid spill damage, and pressure spots.
- Software & Driver issues: OS corruption, registry issues, virus infections, and custom applications software configurations.
- Battery depletion: Gradual battery runtime decline is natural. We guarantee 80%+ capacity at dispatch. Natural drainage is not covered.
- Unauthorized Modification: Repairs attempted by local non-authorized technicians or broken warranty validation sticker seals.
Dead On Arrival (DOA) Policy
